God Will Provide

We are all in need of something. Food, clothing, bills, peace of mind – all of these are needs that we all have at one time or another. Be strong and of good cheer for God will provide. Yield to God. Do not resist Him for He loves you and He will provide for you.

Cast Your Cares Upon Him

In 1 Peter 5:6-7 God tells us “Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you”. We are meant to live a healthy abundant life. Go to God. Confess your sins and yield to Him. God will provide. When God forgave us of our sins and all the things we’ve done in the past we were forgiven and God forgot all of those transgressions. Don’t let Satan bring up your past. You’ve been forgiven and it’s done.

In 1 Peter 5:8-9 God tells us to be sober, be vigilant…be steadfast in our faith. Being sober means having self-control. Do not let the world control your thoughts and how you act. Be vigilant and watchful over your mind and the tricks of the adversary. Above all be steadfast in your faith casting ALL of your cares upon Him. Learn to hold onto the Word and not what you can see and you will have victory.

We Are Not Defeated

It’s easy to look at the natural and fall back upon what we understand but faith brings about the blessings and the Word of the Lord. Be steadfast in your faith. When you’re dwelling on the negative you block yourself from receiving God’s blessings. Thank you Lord for all that you have done, are doing and will do for us. Thank you Lord.

in 1 Samuel 8:4-15 we learn about the elders of Israel and how they asked for “a king to judge them” and rule over them. The world will offer you things that you might need to walk away from. God may not want you to be in that position. He has given us strength and a place to live free that we need to protect. We need to stand with each other. When one of us are going through something we need to be available to bend to God’s will and build each other up.

Do Not Forsake God for God Will Provide

Trust in God even when you can’t see how He is working or what He is bringing to you. God loves you and He will always provide. He loves you and will lead you along His path according to His Word. God will build us up while others will tear us down. God warns us not to fall into the traps of other men. But we cry, just as the Israelites, “nevertheless, we will have a king over us”. We say, I hear you, and it may be true, but we’re going to do what we want. Don’t let things wear on you.

We have to take the negative out and get the positive in. Dwelling on the negative will take your eyes off of the positive. In Philippians 4:6 God tells us to “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God”. Take a little while just to pray and listen. Be certain to listen. God will reveal it to you if you only listen.

Be thankful for what God is providing and rejoice! In due season God will change things. The peace of God which surpasses ALL understanding will guard your heart and your mind through Jesus Christ.
