The Power of the “WORD”
If we look at circumstances and things that have happened to our lives and let those things dictate to us, we will lose God’s blessings. If Jesus did it for people in the days of His disciples, He will do it for us.
Matthew 8:8-10 We must believe that if God speaks it to us, it will be done for us. In this scripture the man only needed Jesus to speak the WORD and his servant would be healed. Just as we recognize authority in the law, we must recognize the authority that God has in our lives.
Matthew 9:27 Jesus asked the two blind men, Do you believe that I am Able to do this? And they answered yes, I believe. It is our faith that what we ask will be done for us. What you believe and confess is what you will get.
2Kings 4:1 Elisha asked the widower what did she need? Just as the widower woman did, we have to ask and believe for what we need and begin thanking God for it.
